At nötter, every pack begins with craftsmanship. We handcraft our nuts in small batches and bake them slowly at a low temperature to preserve their natural crunch and nutritional integrity. Each batch is then hand-scooped into our custom-designed, resealable bags — a process rooted in precision, patience, and care.

Having tried various nuts across the world, she realised how rare exceptional ones are — the kind with freshness, and perfect crunch. nötter was created as a midday snack she could enjoy without wasting calories, crafted to meet the standards of someone who appreciates honest, high-quality food.

As someone who frequently travels and gifts friends overseas, Emily believes that a meaningful gift should reflect the giver.
